We had an amazing stay in this hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff was so welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. They even gave us long-stemmed glasses filled with water to cool down on the hot sunny day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We also loved the hotel facilities that were available to us. The location next to the train station was perfect as it was walking distance, making transportation easy. We cannot forget to mention the breakfast served here, it was delicious and satisfying. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Nothing, it is perfect. This hotel had everything we needed and more, making our stay in this city nothing less than amazing.

the spacious rooms were elegantly designed and provided exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and Jacuzzi. the location advantages were also impressive as it was only a short drive away from popular tourist attractions.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level of the surrounding area which was audible from the room. This could be remedied with soundproofing and did not detract from our overall experience.

Perfectly situated with easy access to Venice and supermarkets just around the corner. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with decent bathrooms. Great communication from the host and very helpful tips for visiting Venice. the beds are comfortable and the Wi-Fi is reliable. A fabulous budget option for a trip to Venice.

The lack of breakfast is a minor inconvenience.

I had a great Christmas at this hotel! the room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us comfortable throughout our stay. the location was fantastic - just a short bus ride away from the city center.

The noise level in the surrounding area - earplugs were definitely necessary to get a good night's rest. we had some difficulty finding the hotel as there was no signage outside.

The hotel's location was really convenient, with the bus stop just a few steps away and the market nearby. It was easy to get to the city center and explore the sights of the city. The room was spacious and generally clean, with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

There were a couple of aspects of my stay that weren't as great. First of all, the room could be quite noisy at times, with thin walls that didn't offer much soundproofing.

Convenient location, helpful owner, easy to find, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, renovated bathrooms.

Nothing could have been better.
